Guess what's back!
Since it's nearing the end of the year, we're going to brew 2 more dark beers that we created last Winter: Professor Booty's Stormwater Stout in bottles, and a keg of Sir Milton's Oatmeal Stout. Keep an eye out and an ear to the ground for our next concoction, it's something very special for the holiday season that we think you'll really enjoy! Coming next year we're also hoping to have some smoked meats and maybe even some jerky and a cider or two. Happy Holidays!

Beer update
Oops, we've been too busy to update. We've brewed a few more here and there. The One Track Ale is our new favorite. We also just brewed a Double Dominus (DD, Double D) and it's aged well. Come on by for a tasting before it's gone.
Tecova Brewing: The Tribute Series
The second in the series of special one-time brews is based on GUILLERMO'S IMPERIAL PILSNER, a very strong modified version of what William's Brewing things a Mexican beer should taste like. The recipe has been ordered. It was a little pricey but we figured it was worth it, since it was a tribute to two former homebrew taphouses on Sixth Street.
The first was Chief Keokuk's Indian Pale Ale: Keokuk Tribute, this one yet to be named, will be our Sixth Street Tribute. Name coming soon. Brew session coming soon. Beer coming soon, to be consumed at the new Tecova Brewing location, wherever it may be.
We hope this will be the perfect beer for you to enjoy on the river, the beach, near your firepit in your backyard, or around the bbq or fireplace, after a hard day of work, after or before your siesta. Adiós.

Beers of Petaluma
Just a quick update - We drank it all! The last keg to go was the Haystack Hefeweizen it lasted two weeks and was a hit at the perfect time with temperatures of over 100 degrees outside during the beginning of the American Graffiti celebration downtown.
The One Track Ale in bottles was also a big hit, and disappeared long ago, so we brewed it again! Tonight we're taste-testing OTA 2.0 which should hopefully not be watered down as much. It's keg-conditioned in an old Lagunitas keg that we bought from their brewery. We still have a hefeweizen in a keg and MAYBE another one fermenting, a special high-gravity IPA brewed for another special occasion.
Last but not least we plan on brewing Dominus Ominus again and using up most of our leftover ingredients from our other recipes, so this one should be a kick. We have to brew it before the yeast expires in mid-July, so stay tuned! See ya soon!

B&C / CB2 / T&F IPA on tap next week
Free beer at the wedding of T & F next week. I'll be testing out one of my new jockey boxes that I'm assembling to take draft beer with me wherever I go. If you're there, stop by. I'll be the one by the beer.

Haystack Hefeweizen is back!
Yep, we brewed a batch last night. I'm already wishing it was ready so I could sit in the back yard with a cold pint glass enjoying it in the warm weather we are having here in West Petaluma.

Ball & Chain IPA
We made this one especially for a friend who's pretty much already whipped. It's still fermenting. With a codename like "CBA No. 2" we didn't expect it to ferment, but it did! More to come later...
Racer X: One Track Ale
Available soon!
If you like hops, you're going to love this beer! We had to tell it to "mellow out" or it would have kept fermenting. This one's made to our own likings and we don't care if you like it or not (but we think you will).

Professor Booty's Stormwater Stout
New release!
Brewer's notes: Brewed with organic local coffee during the first storm of 2008. Chill in a cold place for a couple of days before drinking. Enjoy during nice or stormy weather.
Professor Booty's annual release is a select dark beer available only during winter, to help you through.
Side note: Storm water from the sky may have dropped in the kettle, but don't worry, we boiled it! It started with a bang! Whatever didn't end up all over our walls, we were able to capture in bottles for your enjoyment.
Available now, in six-packs and 22s!
