Destruction!
The fresh hop ale carboy broke and the beer and hops washed all over the carpet and floor. I guess we have to wait until next year.

Pear Cider: Turbo
Added some more pear juice, yeast, and nutrients. Need to transfer it again to a third fermentation tank, and then rack before kegging.

Ciders!
I transferred both ciders and they actually taste good. I'll give them both a couple more weeks and rack off the leeds. I want to try to clarify them a bit before I serve them. There's only about a gallon of apple cider and like 3 gallons of pear.

4-Track, Ball and Chain, and Haystack
4-Track IPA (a.k.a. Hops Gone Wild) is a variant of One Track Ale. With more hops pushed into the boil, during the fermentation, and maybe during dispensing, we expect this one to be a favorite with our Hophead fans, like B-Town who inspired it.
Ball and Chain IPA: Second Release has been transferred to the secondary. It should be ready for the second featured wedding release party in mid-April.
Haystack Landing German-Style Hefeweizen will soon be brewed once we make some room in the holding tanks. We're still hoping for a day of barbecue, beer, and fire in the new beer garden, sometime in May. We'll bring the keg out on the patio, you bring the food, just like the old days in Germany. Stay tuned!
